Claudia is an Italian-born, UK-based filmmaker. With a background in playwriting and screenwriting, she has a keen interest in the way we tell stories, and which stories are deemed worthy to be told. She cut her documentary teeth working on Asif Kapadia’s Diego Maradona and has worked across production, story and development on a  number of high-end documentary series and features, including Formula 1: Drive to Survive, Rising Phoenix and The Deepest Breath. She is also passionate about drama and often works in scripted development. She is currently directing and producing a short documentary that was long-listed for  Netflix’s 2023 Documentary Talent Fund. She speaks English, Italian and Spanish.
